The Wiley Protocol Bioidentical Restoration HRT

The Wiley protocol is a multi phasic rhythmic dosing schedule for bioidentical hormones to be given to women in a biomimetic way, to mimic biology, no one has ever done this before. We introduce Transdermal oestrogen, progesterone, in a way that mimics a normal cycle a young woman had at twenty. Then we justify the dosing by using serum blood levels on day 12 & 21, to see if indeed she is the 20-year old reference range. It's important because young women, the template for young women have no heart disease, diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, so when we put women back, we actually restore their hormones – we just don't treat their symptoms, and we know these young women are healthier in every way.


The delivery system is simply, we use three ml syringes, colour coded, purple for progesterone, green for oestrogen, and the women that way don't puck up the wrong syringes in the night when they are putting on their hormones and take the wrong thing.
